Delete your account

If you have the app, go to Profile → Delete account. Otherwise, enter the email you use with Boon Bunny (including an email you only used to chip in to a gift) and we'll send you a link to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number and sign-in (Google or Apple) are removed, and you can't sign in to the old account again.
Your name and messages come off the gifts you chipped in to, and the cards you signed, your feedback answers and thank-you notes are deleted.
We stop sending you email.

What we keep

Records of payments (amounts, dates and Stripe references) stay, without your name, because tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
Gifts you organized stay for the people who chipped in, shown as organized by "Deleted user".

You can't delete your account while a gift you organize is still open, or while a bank payment is clearing. Questions? Email support@solusindi.com.
